Adam Perrett

Adam Perrett is an Advanced Care Paramedic and Firefighter with over 20 years of experience. He is the Medical Training Officer for Lethbridge Fire and Emergency Services (LFES), where he coordinates and plans all EMS training for frontline staff. Adam is an ACLS, BLS, and PALS instructor, plus one of Canada’s first Handtevy Pediatric Emergency System instructors. Mike Humphrey

Mike Humphrey is the EMS Operations Officer for Lethbridge Fire and Emergency Services (LFES).  Mike is committed to quality improvement and mentoring all frontline staff.  Mike has been with the department for 18 years and has been an Advanced Care Paramedic for over 20 years.  He has been closely involved with implementing several department initiatives, including Tactical EMS and the department’s Mass Casualty Response Guidelines.  He is the Co-leader of LFES’ Cardiac Survivability Program and is a Handtevy Pediatric Emergency Standards Instructor.  

This is Mike’s second time on Critical levels. He has presented HP CPR and Quality improvement and assurance at several conferences and other podcasts. Mike is committed to improving outcomes for the patients that LFES serves.

Dr Garrick Mok

Dr. Garrick Mok is an emergency physician, trauma team leader, and the deputy chief of the emergency department at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto, Canada. He completed his emergency medicine residency at the University of Ottawa and a Master’s of Quality Improvement and Patient Safety at the University of Toronto. His research interests include improving the care of cardiac arrest patients in the ED. He has presented nationally and internationally on creation of CPR quality programs, CPR coaching, and data debriefing.

Dr Victoria Myers

Dr. Victoria Myers is an Emergency Physician at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto. She is a Lecturer in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of Toronto. Her academic interests include inner city & rural emergency care.
